Tabuli salad






1- cup of bulger wheat cook

1- One hand full of cilantro (could use parsley )

2- cloves of garlic (finely chop)

1- green and red pepper small

(cut in small cubes)

1- fresh lemon

3- tbs of olive oil

( salt and black pepper to your taste.)

Preparation


in a large bowl place 1 cup of Bulgur Wheat

and set aside,.

Boil 3 cups of water. Once the water

starts to boil remove from stove and add the

water to the bulgur wheat. let it sit for 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl add the green and red peppers

cut, cut into little pieces. Add the olive oil, lemon, cilantro,

(chop very fine) garlic cut into small pieces and a pinch of

salt and pepper mix evenly.

Add the bulgur wheat to the mixture and

add extra olive oil, salt and pepper as needed.

Mix ingredients together and enjoy
