Yogurt power up

1 cup of Plain yogurt

10 almonds (crush)

3-fresh fruits (pineapple, kiwi, blueberries.)

Great snack, very satisfying!!! Yogurt with all its friendly bacteria helps with digestion, Almonds contains 6 grams of protein as well as the 3 essential fat., 80% Monounsaturated, 15% Polyunsaturated and only 5% Saturated Fat., Fruits choosing the right combination could make this a good power snack... ( Don't add fruits that are high on sugar you will defeat the purpose.
